No. This tool applies one uniform margin value to all four edges and every page.
Is text outside the crop box permanently deleted?
No. Cropping changes the page boundaries so content outside the crop area is hidden from view, but it may remain in the PDF and could be revealed by changing the crop settings. This tool does not permanently redact content. Use a dedicated redaction tool that removes the underlying content before sharing sensitive information.
